Reason from first principles, think across disciplines, systemise, track data, test and iterate relentlessly. Make informed decisions.

No politics. Be brutally honest and transparent. Even if it hurts, it helps.

Send the work, not a document about the work.
- A repo, a live URL, or the thing itself.
- A deal you closed, and what the buyer nearly said no over.
- Something you wrote that got read, with the number it moved.
- A process you fixed, with the before and the after.
- A design that shipped, and what it changed.
- A customer problem you solved that nobody asked you to.
No form, no cover letter, no portfolio site. Everything that arrives gets a reply.
