Send at enterprise scale without the enterprise purchase order
Dedicated iMessage lines across a whole sales floor, wired to the CRM you already run, at a per-line price published on this site instead of quoted on a call.

Hey Dana, saw Northwind just opened a second location. Congrats. Worth 15 minutes on how you're handling inbound across both?
Ha, we are drowning honestly. What do you do?
We text your leads from your CRM so they actually reply. Thursday 10am work?
❤️Thursday works. Send the invite.

Why teams sending at scale outgrow SMS
Five walls, in the order a growing team hits them. Every one of them is a property of the carrier channel, not of the team running it.
The gate
Registration before the first send
US A2P 10DLC vetting sits between signing a contract and sending a message, and it runs three to six weeks. A rejection restarts it.
Three to six weeks before send one
The trust gap
A green bubble from an unknown number
The prospect sees a shortcode or an unfamiliar ten-digit line. Nothing in the thread says who you are until they open it, and most never do.
Reads as a stranger
The ceiling
Every message is a line item
Per-segment billing means a campaign that works costs more than a campaign that fails. Success is the thing you have to budget against.
Success raises the bill
The wait
Delivery you find out about later
Carrier-level receipts tell you a message left the building. They do not tell you it was read, so nobody can act on the silence.
No read signal to act on
The flat message
160 characters and a link
Images compress, video becomes a link, and a voice note is not an option. The channel decides how good your message is allowed to be.
Text and a link, nothing more
What a line actually gives you
Eight capabilities, all of them included in the per-line price. There is no integration tier and no feature that unlocks at a volume threshold.
Volume
Unlimited messages (50 opted-in / 30 cold new contacts a day) per line
No per-message fee, no segment counting, no carrier surcharge. Sending more costs the same as sending less.
Delivery
Per-message delivery states
Sent, delivered, read and failed, on every message, posted back to the contact record.
Fallback
RCS then SMS, automatically
A recipient who cannot receive iMessage still gets the message. The channel each one traveled on comes back in the webhook.
Lines
Dedicated numbers, never recycled
Every line is yours alone, never shared with another account and never handed on from one. One per rep, or one per campaign.
Pacing
Sending paced to stay conversational
Line health is monitored continuously and delivery is paced rather than blasted, which is what keeps reply rates alive at volume.
Access
REST API, webhooks and MCP
One send endpoint, webhooks you point at your own URL, an OpenAPI document, and an MCP server for agent stacks.
Activation
Built with you, not handed over
Implementation, CRM wiring and the first set of sequences are done with you during activation, and included in the line price.
Support
24/7 and 1:1 on Slack, on every plan
A shared channel with the team that builds the funnels, on every plan. No ticket queue, no tier that buys you a faster answer.
Two ways teams win on this channel
Most accounts start on one side and end up running both. The line is the same line either way, and so is the price.
Drive revenue
Run the funnel your CRM already knows about
Campaigns fire off the triggers you already have. One line carries first touch, qualification, confirmation, no-show recovery and renewal, so a prospect keeps talking to the same thread.
- CRM-triggered campaigns and sequences
- Replies, delivery states and opt-outs written back to the record
- 2 to 3 times the reply rate of cold email
- White-glove build-out of the first sequences, included
Build on the API
Ship a product with iMessage underneath it
One send endpoint, webhooks pointed at your own URL, an OpenAPI document and an MCP server. Software companies build their own messaging surface on a line they do not have to operate.
- REST API, webhooks and an OpenAPI document
- MCP server for agent stacks
- Docs at docs.bluereacher.com, no sales call to read them
- A line per brand, per region or per rep
Built to hold at volume
What the platform does under load, written as mechanics rather than adjectives. Every claim here is the same one the API documentation makes.
Observability
Delivery you can audit, message by message
Every send reports queued, sent, delivered, read or failed, on the webhook and the contact record. A failed send is something you see in the moment, not something you reconstruct from next month's report.
Continuity
Fallback that keeps the thread alive
A recipient who cannot take iMessage gets RCS, then SMS, from the same flow, automatically. No second product, no separate route to build, and no gap where a message silently went nowhere.
Line health
Watched continuously, paced deliberately
Line health is monitored around the clock and delivery is paced at 50 opted-in / 30 cold new contacts a day rather than blasted, because deliverability at volume is an operating discipline, not a toggle.
Scale
Throughput grows by adding lines, not by queueing
A floor of twenty reps runs twenty dedicated lines, isolated inside your workspace, never shared and never recycled. Provisioning another is a setup step, not a carrier review, so scaling up never re-enters a waiting room.

One place to run it, no setup call required
Campaigns, sequences, replies, delivery events and suppression all live in the same account, and every one of them can be driven from your CRM instead.
We plug right in
Blue Reacher is the messaging layer under your existing workflows. You already paid for the lead. The channel is why they never replied.
Why Blue Reacher stands out
The right column is the rest of the iMessage category read off published material, not a named rival, because we run our own account and not theirs.

Delivery visibility
Sent, delivered, read, failed, per message
Several publish per-message states too
Pricing transparency audit of 7 managed platforms, 2 of which publish an all-in price, dated Jul 26, 2026. Channel costs and timings from the 2026 cost model, dated Jul 26, 2026. Both are published with their method and their raw data on the benchmark report.
Built with trust in mind
Three practices, written as what happens rather than as a posture. The DPA, the subprocessor list and the control mapping are published, not sent after an NDA.
Encryption in transit and at rest, keys you control
Traffic between your browser, your CRM and the platform is encrypted with TLS 1.3, and stored data is encrypted with AES-256. API access uses per-customer bearer keys, and you rotate them yourself whenever you want, without asking us.
Least-privilege access, isolated workspaces
Production access is limited to the people who operate the platform, on a least-privilege basis with multi-factor authentication required. Customer workspaces are isolated from one another, and opt-out suppression is enforced at the platform rather than in your sequence logic.
Your data, and the paperwork that proves it
You own your data and can request deletion or a machine-readable export at any time. We are the processor, you are the controller, the data processing agreement is published in full, and a business associate agreement is available on Enterprise.

Original research
How much of its price the iMessage category will tell you before a sales call
From the first call to your first campaign
No procurement marathon and no quote to wait on. Three steps, and the build is done with your team rather than handed over.
Map the funnel
We walk your funnel, your CRM and your compliance requirements on the call, then come back with a plan sized to your volume instead of a quote you have to chase.
White-glove build
We provision your dedicated lines, wire the CRM triggers, and build the first campaigns, sequences and message intent with your team.
Live and supported
Most teams send within a week. You get a shared Slack channel with the people who build the funnels, and a review of what is working in your category.
The questions a buying team asks
Answered here rather than on a call, because a buying team should be able to finish its evaluation without booking one.
Unlimited per line, paced at 50 opted-in / 30 cold new contacts a day so the line stays deliverable. Replies and ongoing threads are never metered. Add lines for more throughput at $249 a month, or $199 at 4+ lines.
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, per-customer keys you rotate yourself, least-privilege access with mandatory MFA. Controls map to the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria. The DPA, the subprocessor list and the control mapping are published at /trust.
GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Close, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Follow Up Boss are native. Anything else uses the REST API with bearer tokens and webhooks, and AI stacks use the MCP server. Wiring is part of activation, so connections run before your first send.
Per-message states (sent, delivered, read, failed) plus channel used and opt-out events. Everything posts to contact records via webhooks, so reporting stays in your CRM. Stable IDs keep threads threaded.
iMessage is not carrier SMS, so no A2P registration is required and there is no carrier vetting wait. Opt-out and consent rules are published, and suppression is enforced at the platform. You are the controller, we are the processor.
You work with the funnel builders directly, on Slack and by email, with no ticket queue and no manager layer. Support is 24/7 and 1:1 on Slack, on every plan.
Real iMessage. Your prospect sees a blue bubble, typing indicators and read receipts in the Messages app they already use. Anyone who cannot receive iMessage gets RCS, then SMS, automatically.
Both. The FaceTime audio dialer calls a prospect from the same dedicated line that sends your iMessages, so the caller ID matches the thread they already trust. Same number for text and call, higher pickup, no spam flags. The detail is at /dialer.
The same published way as every other plan: $249 per line per month, $199 at 4 or more lines, or $1,949 per line per year. There is no quote to wait for and no volume tier that changes the number.
Most teams send inside a week. Activation covers the implementation session, CRM wiring, message intent configuration and the first sequences, and it is included in the line rate.
Every account gets dedicated lines that are never shared and never recycled, one per rep, brand or region. Talk to us on the call about an existing number and we will tell you plainly what is possible.
Yes. The white label program puts the platform under your brand, at your retail price, with your margin, while our team runs the machinery. Agencies resell it to their own clients without operating anything. The program is at /whitelabel.
The acceptable use policy at /anti-spam is the published list. Consent, opt-out handling and suppression are enforced at the platform rather than left to your sequence logic.
