Blue bubbles, but for calling
$99 per line per month on top of any line. No per-minute charges.
Same-number calling, straight from the dashboard.
Blue Reacher in numbers
1 number
Texts and calls share one identity, the line your prospect already recognises.
$99
Per line per month for calling, flat, on top of any Blue Reacher line.
$0
Per-minute charges. FaceTime audio travels the internet and reaches Apple devices worldwide.
The calling layer
The trust of the blue bubble, carried onto the call.
FaceTime audio from your dashboard
Place calls from the same workspace that runs your campaigns. One identity for the text and the call, nothing to switch between.
Recorded, transcribed, filed
Every call is captured and written back to your CRM automatically. No note-taking, no post-call admin, nothing lost.
Miss the call, keep the thread
An unanswered FaceTime call drops into iMessage then SMS on the same line, so the conversation keeps moving instead of dying in voicemail.
Warm before you dial
Availability checking shows which contacts can take a FaceTime audio call before the first ring ever happens.
Still a complete phone system
Inbound and outbound, routing, recording and voicemail, with no separate app and no new hardware. The dialer is not a widget bolted onto texting; it is a phone system that happens to share your line.

Send iMessage
The CRM writes itself
The call ends and the record already exists: transcript, outcome and history, filed under the same contact as the thread. The follow-up text lands under the call, from the number that made it.
Why the same number gets picked up
Pickup follows recognition. A dialer number is a stranger and gets screened. The number a prospect texted two minutes ago is a conversation they are already in, so the call continues the thread rather than starting a new one. The message history sits above the call in one place, which is why the rep never opens with "who is this".
Questions about the FaceTime dialer
The questions buyers ask before they start. Anything not here is answered in the answers library.
Do calls come from the same number as my iMessages?+
Yes. FaceTime audio runs on the same dedicated line your iMessage campaigns run on, so text and call share one identity. Prospects answer numbers they recognise, and the message thread sits in the same conversation as the call.
How much does the FaceTime dialer cost?+
$99 per line per month, added to any Blue Reacher line at $249 per line per month. There are no per-minute charges on FaceTime audio calls. The pricing page carries line and annual pricing in full.
Can I call non-Apple contacts?+
FaceTime audio reaches Apple devices. Non-Apple contacts get the message instead: text on the same line with RCS and SMS fallback, or call from your existing phone system. Availability checking shows who is reachable before you dial.
Do I need to install or buy anything?+
No. Calling is configured on your line as part of white-glove setup, the same process that stands up the line, the fallback and your CRM connection. There is no separate seat licence and nothing for your team to install.
What happens if a FaceTime call is not picked up?+
It falls back to iMessage then SMS on the same line, so the conversation keeps moving in one thread instead of ending at a voicemail from a stranger.
