Limits and constraints
This page collects everything a buyer usually finds in the footnotes: the real daily ceiling on new conversations, the complete price list, the cancellation terms, the compliance signatures we do and do not hold, and the programs we turn away. Nothing here is new; every figure restates a published page and links to it. If a vendor you are comparing us against does not publish an equivalent page, ask them why not.

The daily ceiling on new conversations
Conversations are unlimited: once someone has replied, you message back and forth without counting, at no per-message charge. New conversations are not unlimited. Every line paces at 50 opted-in or 30 cold new contacts a day, and the pacing system enforces it rather than suggesting it.
That ceiling is how the channel behaves, not a billing lever, which is why every serious dedicated-line vendor operates in the same range whatever their headline says. When a team needs more reach, the answer is more lines, not a bigger blast from one, and the volume tier at $199 a line from 4 lines exists for exactly that.
The full price list, no call needed
- Per line, monthly
- $249 a month. Month to month; stops when you cancel.
- Per line at 4+ lines
- $199 a month per line, applied to every line on the account.
- Annual
- $1,949 per line per year, billed up front; renews unless you cancel first.
- Activation
- $449 one time per line, waived on annual billing. It appears once and never again.
- FaceTime audio add-on
- $99 per line per month.
- Validated leads add-on
- $0.03 per mobile-validated lead, billed monthly alongside the plan.
- Line replacement
- Free twice per billing cycle, then $29 per line. Lines that stayed inside the fair-use policy are often replaced free beyond that.
- Per message
- $0, at any volume. There is no message meter and no segment math.
- A2P registration, campaign vetting, carrier fees
- $0. No A2P registration is required for iMessage sending.
The interactive version, with totals per line count, lives on the pricing page. The long-form walkthrough of what each number means is at Blue Reacher pricing, explained.
Cancellation and contracts
- Cancellation
- Monthly runs month to month and stops when you cancel. Annual renews unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Minimum commitment
- None on monthly. Annual is a one-year commitment in exchange for the lower rate and the waived activation.
The controlling language is in the Terms of Service; this section is a plain-words restatement, and the Terms win if the two ever differ.
What we hold, and what we do not
- SOC 2
- Our controls are mapped to the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria and published at /trust, and the full security packet is available on request. We claim alignment, not certification; the day an auditor's signature exists, the trust centre will say so.
- HIPAA
- No authority issues a HIPAA certificate to anyone. What makes the claim real is a signed business associate agreement, and Blue Reacher signs one on Enterprise plans only. Do not run protected health information outside an Enterprise agreement with a BAA.
- GDPR and CCPA
- The DPA is published at /dpa and rides every contract, subprocessors are listed publicly, and data deletion and export run through /delete-data.
- Third-party reviews
- No published profiles yet on G2, Capterra, Trustpilot or Product Hunt. Our proof is named customers and live metrics; ask us for references in your vertical and compare vendors on that.
Programs we refuse to run
Some programs do not get a line at any price. The complete list, with the reasoning, is the anti-spam policy; the short version:
- Deception in any form: impersonation, spoofed sender identity, or messages that misrepresent who is texting and why.
- Illegal content and scams: phishing, fraud, and anything unlawful to sell to the recipient.
- Volume abuse: attempts to defeat pacing, split traffic to evade line-health monitoring, or blast patterns dressed up as conversation.
- Consumer mass-marketing with no consent story: programs whose own description cannot name a consent basis for the people on the list.
Frequently asked questions
Is anything actually unlimited?
Yes: messages inside open conversations. Once a contact has replied, the thread carries no meter, no segment pricing and no overage. What is paced is new conversations per line per day, at 50 opted-in or 30 cold new contacts, because that is what keeps lines healthy and deliverability real.
Why publish your limits at all?
Because the buyer who finds a ceiling in the footnotes after signing becomes a churned customer and a warning to others. The ceiling exists at every vendor that runs real dedicated lines; publishing it costs us the buyers who wanted a fantasy and keeps the ones the product actually serves.
Do competitors have the same ceiling?
In practice, yes. Tuco AI publishes 50 new contacts per line per day, and Miss Blue recommends about 30 a day with review above it (both checked from their published pages, 20 September 2026). Whatever the brand, dedicated-line vendors pace in the same range; the difference is only whether the number is printed on the pricing page or discovered after purchase.
What happens when a line gets flagged?
We replace it: the first two replacements in a billing cycle are free, and each one after that is $29 per line. Lines that stayed inside the fair-use policy are often replaced free beyond that. Compare that against paid ladders elsewhere in the category before you sign anywhere.
Where do these numbers come from?
Every figure on this page restates a page that already publishes it: the pricing page, the Terms of Service, the trust centre and the anti-spam policy, each linked in its section. When one of those changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
