What this covers

Who this policy covers, the information we collect and how it is used, how data is disclosed and transferred, your privacy rights, and how to contact us.

1. Types of users

These terms distinguish Business Customers (entities paying for Blue Reacher services) from End Users (individuals who interact with our services through a Business Customer). Each category carries distinct rights, liabilities, and obligations.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly
name, email, phone number, contact details, survey responses, communication transcripts, uploaded content, and business information.
Information collected automatically
IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on page, device identifiers, operating system, mobile network information, activity logs, access times, and referring URLs. We use cookies, web beacons, and pixels to understand usage and improve the service; you can reject cookies in your browser settings.

Conditional collection depends on how a Business Customer configures the service and may include conversation transcripts, browsing behavior, and purchasing activity.

Business Customers are responsible for informing their End Users about the nature and purposes of data collection and processing. Blue Reacher is not responsible for the privacy and data security practices of its Business Customers; claims must be directed at the respective Business Customer.

3. How data is used

We use data for account setup and management, service configuration and usage analysis, security and performance, session management and analytics, support communication, third-party service integrations, service improvement and feature development, and legal compliance. Personal data collected through a Business Customer's configuration is controlled by that Business Customer.

5. Business customer responsibilities

Business Customers act as data controllers for the personal information they collect: they must comply with applicable privacy laws, obtain necessary consents, provide transparency, implement adequate security measures, train staff on compliant data handling, and run regular audits.

Data breaches affecting a Business Customer's collected information require immediate notification of affected individuals, Blue Reacher, and relevant authorities. Business Customers must provide mechanisms for individuals to access, correct, delete, or transfer their personal data as applicable law requires.

6. Disclosure and transfer

We may share information with vendors and service providers (hosting, payment processing, analytics, support, marketing), professional advisors, regulatory authorities and law enforcement where legally required, within our corporate family for internal administration, and in connection with corporate events such as mergers or acquisitions.

Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information may be disclosed for product development. Blue Reacher operates globally, so information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data protection standards.

7. Your rights (GDPR and CCPA)

EU and UK residents
have GDPR rights including access, correction, erasure, processing restriction, data portability, and objection to processing (particularly for marketing).
California residents
have CCPA rights including knowledge of and access to personal information collected, used, and disclosed over the prior 12 months, deletion requests, and protection from discrimination for exercising these rights. Submit requests via the contact below; we respond within legally required timeframes.

8. AI outputs and data accuracy

Blue Reacher makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated outputs and bears no liability for errors or omissions in them; verify accuracy before relying on outputs. Users agree to indemnify Blue Reacher against claims arising from misuse, legal violations, or failure to obtain adequate consent.

Our services are not designed for individuals under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data; discovered child data without verified parental consent is promptly removed.

We may amend this policy at any time; updates take effect when posted on this page with a revised date.
