What happens during white-glove setup?

White-glove setup means our team builds the whole thing for you as part of the subscription. It covers your dedicated number with a custom area code, RCS/SMS fallback enablement, the implementation consultation, message intent configuration, automation build-out, and optimization check-ins until your campaigns are performing. You do not install, provision, or maintain anything.

It starts before you buy, on the Blue Funnel Map: a 15-minute call where we map the funnel you already run, mark every stage where an email or a green-bubble text is costing you a reply, and you keep the map whether or not you become a customer. No slide deck, no product tour. Book it here.

Once you're in, activation stands your line up. You get a dedicated number with a custom area code of your choice, RCS and SMS fallback enabled for the contacts iMessage can't reach, and your CRM connected, natively for GoHighLevel and through the API and webhooks for everything else.

Implementation is part of the same work: we configure your message intent, build out your automations, and write the first set of messages with you. Message intent and pacing get configured to protect your line health from day one, which matters more than any single campaign decision. After launch there are optimization check-ins rather than a handoff and a goodbye. For GoHighLevel teams, all of it happens in one onboarding call, and most teams send their first campaigns within the week, without touching carrier paperwork.

What setup never asks of you: installing software, provisioning numbers yourself, filling in carrier registration forms, or maintaining anything afterward. The line arrives ready to send.
