Info marketing
Coaching, courses, cohorts and events, where attendance and enrollment are the whole game.

Why does an info business live or die on the messaging channel?
An information business sells attendance before it sells anything else. The lead magnet has to be opened, the webinar has to be joined, the application has to be finished, the cart-open announcement has to be seen inside a window that closes, and the student has to keep showing up for the program to produce a result worth a testimonial. Every one of those is a message, and the channel carrying it sets the ceiling on the whole business.
The channel most info businesses run on is email, which is where the ceiling comes from. A webinar registrant list loses roughly half its people between registration and the live room, and the reminders meant to prevent that arrive in a promotions tab beside every other newsletter the buyer subscribed to that month. Cart-open sequences hit the same wall on a shorter clock: a 72-hour window does not survive a channel with a 24-hour read lag.
Blue Reacher moves those messages to a dedicated iMessage line wired to the CRM already running the funnel. The reminder lands in the thread the buyer uses for real conversations, the reply comes back to a human instead of a no-reply address, and the whole history sits in one place, so the check-in you send in week six of a program appears under the enrollment conversation from week one. Read receipts tell you who saw the cart-close notice, which is the difference between guessing at a launch and reading it.
The five pages below split the work by business shape. High-ticket coaching and call-funnel programs sell on applications and booked calls. Course creators and cohort schools sell on launches and keep revenue through completion. Event and webinar businesses sell the room itself. The mechanics are shared; what changes is which moment carries the money.
Frequently asked questions
Does iMessage outreach work for a low-ticket course?
Yes, with the play changed. Low-ticket launches make their money on volume through a cart window, so the value sits in the announcement and the deadline reminders rather than in one-to-one conversation. High-ticket programs invert that: fewer people, longer threads, and a real conversation before an application ever gets filled in.
Can I text my student list, or only new leads?
Both, on the same consent rules. An existing student who gave you a mobile number for program communication is the strongest list you have, and check-ins to that list are the cheapest retention work available. Cold lists bought or scraped are not a fit for this channel and are outside our acceptable use policy.
What lifts webinar show rate the most?
The hour-before message. Registration confirmations and day-before reminders both matter, but attendance is decided by whether the person remembers at the moment the room opens, and a text read within three minutes is the only common channel that reliably reaches them there. The replay message afterwards recovers a second slice of the list.
