iBluSend Pricing: Four Plans, and the Bill Outside Them

The short answer

iBluSend pricing, verified 13 Oct 2026 from iblusend.com/pricing: Solo $39 a month for 1 iMessage line and 25 new contacts a day, Starter $79 for 2 lines, Pro $199 for 5 and Agency $399 for 15, with annual plans at $790, $1,990 and $3,990. There is no per-message fee. The part the plan price leaves out: every line needs a Mac, a phone, a number and an Apple ID that the customer buys and runs.

$249 per line per month, published No A2P registration required 50 opted-in / 30 cold new contacts a day, unlimited replies

Key takeaways

  • iBluSend prices by plan, and each plan sets the number of iMessage lines, Android SMS lines and new contacts a day.
  • iBluSend's plan price covers software only.
  • iBluSend counts new contacts who have never replied, per line, per day: 30 by default, 40 recommended, 50 on a warmed line and 25 on Solo, which its limits page calls guardrails, not an Apple guarantee.
  • iBluSend and Blue Reacher price two different products: software you run against a line someone runs for you.

What iBluSend pricing leaves out

iBluSend's plan price covers software only. Its pricing notes say each iMessage line needs a Mac the customer owns on macOS 14 or later; its limits page adds four recommended lines per Mac and no supplied number.

  • So the real bill per plan adds hardware and carrier costs the customer carries:
  • Solo: one Mac, one phone, one number and carrier plan
  • Starter: one Mac, two phones, two numbers and plans, plus Android phones if you use the SMS lines
  • Pro: two Macs, five phones, five numbers and plans
  • Agency: four Macs, fifteen phones, fifteen numbers and plans
  • Every plan: an Apple ID per line, stable internet and power, and the hours to keep it all online

How the iBluSend daily limits work

iBluSend counts new contacts who have never replied, per line, per day: 30 by default, 40 recommended, 50 on a warmed line and 25 on Solo, which its limits page calls guardrails, not an Apple guarantee.

  • A contact who replies stops counting, so conversations are not capped, only first touches.
  • For cold outbound the first-touch number sets pipeline, and iBluSend's limits page names large cold sends as a case where it is the wrong choice.
