How does billing work?

Blue Reacher costs $249 per line per month, $199 per line once you run 4 or more lines, or $1,949 per line per year, which works out to about $162.50 a month. Every line sends unlimited iMessages with no per-message fees, no segment billing, and no contracts. Lines pace at 50 opted-in / 30 cold new contacts a day to stay deliverable; replies are never metered. Activation is $449 one-time and waived on annual billing.

The line price is the whole price. A line includes unlimited iMessages (50 opted-in / 30 cold new contacts a day), automatic RCS then SMS fallback, campaigns and sequences, per-message delivery states, automatic opt-out handling, media and group messaging, iMessage availability checking, the REST API and webhooks, and white-glove implementation. There is no A2P registration cost because A2P does not apply to iMessage, and adding a line later costs the same as the first one.

Two optional costs exist, both listed publicly. FaceTime audio calling is an add-on at $99 per line per month, and mobile-validated B2B leads normally run $0.03 per contact from a 700M+ record database, billed monthly with the line. Nothing else is metered.

Plans run month to month, and you cancel anytime on monthly. Annual saves about 35% per line and waives the $449 activation fee on top. You add or remove lines as your volume changes, and the per-line rate drops to $199 once your account runs 4 or more.

Concrete math for a three-line team, the usual small-desk start: monthly billing runs $249 times three times twelve, which comes to $8,964 for the year. Annual billing is $1,949 times three, which comes to $5,847, saving $3,117, with activation waived on top.
