What is Throughput?
Throughput is the number of messages a sending number is permitted to deliver in a given period.
On carrier SMS, throughput is assigned by carriers based on your registered brand's trust score, and exceeding it causes queuing or dropped messages.
On any channel, the practical limit is lower than the technical one: sending at maximum capacity from a single line produces the pattern that gets numbers flagged.
